The Application form along with Bulletin of Information may be obtained from the office of the
Deputy Registrar,
Faculty of Medical Sciences,
6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building,

Against a crossed MICR Bank Draft/ Bankers Cheque only drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the “Registrar, University ofDelhi” payable at Delhi in the following manner.

1. By hand for Rs.2000/= between 10.00 AM and 03.00 PM on all working days from 23rd April 2010 to 17th May 2010.
2. By Post for Rs.2050/= only along with a self addressed envelope of 10”X8” upto 05th May 2010.
3. No cash payment will be accepted
